I hold several private co. shares in my brokerage account. Mostly spin-outs from public co.s I hold. Patience is required until they eventually list and trade one day.

correction:  I expect the co. to convert all SV shares to PV shares by doing a 1-for-100 exchange. (not "consolidation")

The co. is going private until it is generating revenues and cash flow. It will continue to make public filings. I doubt the SV shares will trade for long on pink sheets after TSXV delisting. I expect ...more
