 Lux is not a public company. It doesn’t need to posture to shareholders beyond private equity people who I think are a bit beyond being influenced by overly optimistic wording in an NR.  

The people that Lux does need to posture to in its NRs are its potential customers i.e. something they wouldn’t bother speaking to at this point if they didn’t think the drug was going to be approved

That said, time is ticking here.
