well heres my 2 cents
I dont know biometric approval process, so commenting on how that will unfold is a nuetral buying.selling point for myself. Not for others though. Its possible that a trading fund is beggining to take a position with the company based on the current avalable information. Heck it may even be Lux, because when the product is approved for use, and your selling it, it makes more sense to have all the profits. Speaking of profits,Paladin just had there 14th consecutive quarter, and now since the stockprice has gone up, they can show an appreciation in the ISA invesment based on stockprice which gives them instant profit. As well Paladin has the selling rights to north america so they could be looking at it like proposing theirn own takeover. It could also be the Canadian Government...that they have received a grant for NICAM, they may also be in the running for other Grants, the Gov is looking at Biomedical as a way of infusing the economy. Still the sell point for me is quite a ways off, all the news of late has been positive, I don't need a boat, I want to buy an Island!
