Any one know the date and place of Agm? Lanthier represented clearly that he would buy shares regularly and regardless of price over one year ago. I bought as a result of same given that there exists no greater show of support than insider buying. He has bought essentially nothing. Blackout periods are not a viable excuse. He materially misrepresented all existing and prospective shareholders.  His wrongful inducements has cost many of us dearly. We need to hold him accountable.

My suggestion is a class action suit . We name all controlling minds whether they be directors, officers and/or pinnacle .  We can retain a firm such as koskie minskie in Toronto or even Scarfone Hawkins in Hamilton  or any reputable law firm for that matter. At least wait to hear what they have to say at the AGM. They have stated in the past couple pr that they are negotiating for a deal/transaction of some kind with the support of TEC. I agree it's taking a long time, but they have to be blacked out if negotiations are still going on. 3 months past debt deadline and business still going on means TEC is probably supporting the discussions. Agreed. My suggestion is to wait and see what is said at the agm. If it's the same nonsense and puffery we've heard to date, we then band together and retain counsel for possible action. That's why I ask once again does anyone know when the damn agm is and where? Perhaps tangelo hasn't posted the date yet. I thought by now it would have been confirmed. Do they not have until June

Agm is July 26 in Toronto.Call ir for exact time and location.I have no problem jumping on board.Lanthier has done nothing that I have seen except collect a hefty paycheck.I do recall his false buying statement.

I will hopefully have the pertinent info at the agm.  By the way, I own over 5 million shares and I've received no notice of any agm or issues to be discussed therein. Sorry everyone, but I am skeptical about Diamondboy. Member since Dec/15, has 5 million shares and all of a sudden posts 5 times trying to get everyone excited about a potential Class Action? By the way, the 5 posts are his only posts. Just my thoughts. No disrespect Diamond.

as an aside, i believe we all feel aggrieved herein by managments lack of action and communication. There is no excuse for not keeping shareholders abreast of developments in general regarding the progress of synergies that were hyped as a fruit of the ridiculously expensive price paid for the last two companies purchased by tangelo as it is known now. how have cost measures impacted the

This is unreal. No news. Nothing to show for all this time Lanthier was silent ostensibly creating solutions to tangelos problems and value for us stakeholders. He owns 50 k shares.  The value of same is 1750 dollars. We paid him a 400 000 dollar salary. That's just shy of 8000 a week. He spent a bit more than one day's pay on tangelo shares. Shame on you Mr. Lanthier! You induced me

The date was pushed back from June 5 to July 26, probably due to ongoing M&A talks. Expect the meeting agenda to include a vote on some special reorg initiative.

If that happens then they'll have to update the agenda to include this, which I would retract a previous statement that I would not attend this AGM.  Not interested in voting online.
