Can anyone explain why TEC hasn't restructered the debt on their own.  They keep charging 12% which is accruing plus additional penalties.  Plus they own alot of stock which if I remember correctly is underwater. Are they just assuming someone will come in with a blank check and make them whole which will also increase the share price? If thats the case - wouldn't it have

Still no synergy...let's sell this thing 0,10-0,15$/share and move on. What kind of transaction are they trying to close? Sick of hearing about a potential transaction for over a year and still we're exactly at the same point than last fall.

I do like the fact they lost less money than last year. Cost cutting has been working. I believe that any 3rd party that would want to take an equity stake to save their a$$es, or outright buy them, would want the company to cut unecessary costs before any acquisition was made. It just makes sense.  Stock price is at a bottom here. Nothing in this ER report puts any more fear into the
