I'm new to investing, but weird things seemed to be going on with this company. The price of this stock has pretty much plummeted, the target price is low and now I received the email about this stock option being offered to certain people. My question is are they going out of business or is someone like Gene Simmons going to buy everyone else out?

I think management is all over the place in terms of ideas and exicution. If invictus just focused on getting the capacity up and producing the stock would be much higher. The only reason I hold still is that capacity coming online mid year, also EU cert. I am concerned with the possible cash burn happening without tanglble results.
