The terms for the debt was $0.33 or the closing price...so the debt financer can drive the price down to whatever they desire if the stock is thinly traded and get great terms and warrants... pathetic that  Dixon agreed to this type of financing. Robbery. I hope the security exchange can check the action on who is selling and moving the price and if the financing is done at these low levels, I think more people then just me should notify the exchange securities.

It all depends on the closing date. Here's my take on the loan: Trichome $6M loan to Acreage Pharms it’s a 10% annual interest rate loan, matures in 24 months. Money is to complete Phase 3 at Acreage Pharms. Invictus is the guarantor of the loan. Acreage gets $3M at the closing date (Sept. 13, 2019) and another $3M two months after the closing date. Was supposed to close September 13 th, but could be mutually extended to later date! So, Trichome could be continuing to add pressure on the price.  Thieves.
