looking at the last quart report value of $28mm and conversion of 17.5MM euro is close about $26Mm or so acc to my math should be somewhat pos tomorrow need to see Q2 results this property oncly contributed 4% or so of NOI

Thanks - that is what I thought. Well, I expect my 15.000 shares will vote in favour. It will give us much needed liquidity and improve occupancy optics on top. i am surprised there was not a stronger market reaction to Monday's press release. Perhaps no-one cares at this point!
