property sale
bit of a disappointment in the muted share price rise today. this property alone is being sold for about 2/3 of the entire capitalization of the reit as I calculate it. something is off
Company needs to provide some further disclosure re the other properties, could b a month until Q2 reporting

It was a strange press release - the 'sizzle' got lost in it, I think. Not sure why we need to wait until September to vote on it. other than it saves a few bucks on admin. I am starting to nibble again! Now have 16,500 at just over $2.
