Exercise subscription right?

Can anyone suggest what the price of the common will be after completing the recapitalization?

Ifinally exercised my rights.  I figure the company is hoping that none of them are exercised and that the backstop purchases them all.  I figure they are going to be worth more than $3.41. I'll know if I am right in a few days.

Why would 'the company' hope that the lenders, the ones providing the backstop, would get all the shares? No one in management is part of the backstop, none of the big shareholders are part of the backstop. If you read the circular, you would see that the big shareholders were approached to see if they would join the backstop commitment, and they all declined. It doesn't seem to me ...more

Why were the rights non transferable? My ability to exercise expires a day before the meeting. I haven't even gotten the proxy statement. All very unusual for a rights offering.

Are you willing to sell your post re-cap shares at $5? Are you even willing to sell them at 13? Personally, i don't know if id even sell mine at $33. Already had that opportunity when the shares went to 1$, twice! I think a lot of us are thinking its about time for a good couple quarters from this company to prove it can make money. If they prove it, my thoughts are this share price could ...more

Thanks energy, I do understand that the new share price of 3.41 probably under prices their value. If we look at the current share price as I write this of .60, the new shares would have to rise to .60 x 33 = 19.80 to break even. You have to remember that millions of shares will be issued @ 3,41. Assuming that the share price rises, there will be pressure for investors to cash out for a profit ...more

I completely agree. And, do even predict a possibility that the people looking for a quick flip might drive the price down at first. My hope is for the long run though. I'm more of a mid to long term investor than a quick flipper. But... on a bullish note. Some people did sell the hell out of it from $6 down to $1.50, than again from $3.50 down to $0.50.... maybe they want back in now?
