all my opinion, but they don't have enough support and are now trying to mislead shareholders (not the first time or we wouldn't be trading at 40c and the company equity destroyed for SH). The vote would have gone ahead but they knew they didn't have the votes. Still voting no.

Maybe you didn't see this morning's press release. They have given a bit more to the debs. And they have the votes. Debs are trading up 18% at the moment.
