read it correctly but doesnt Glencore own 86% of KAT and of course KAT only owns 14%? Tis the reason KAT's SP is so low.

Glencore owns 86.3% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Katanga Mining. The other stockholders own the rest. One of Katanga Mining's many subsidiaries is Kamoto Copper Company, which is 20% owned by Gecamines and 5% owned by SIMCA, both of which are DRC state enerprises.
