With the offset of the added costs of new legislation/ mining code, its still cheaper to operate in DRC... nice little read.

If Gecamines expect billions of revenues over a decade, doesn't that mean KAT should expect at least twice (not as much thrice even with the 25/75 ownership of KCC) as much over that same period since Gecamines is kinda debt-free now?
