let me say this clear : my friend has pesonally met David in Belgium two weeks ago.

David was too optimistic about the PEA coming out beginning of March, it would be end of March.

THat's all.

4 Chinese parties will visit the land next month, after that the bidding can start (summertime); THAT IS WHAT THE CEO TOLD TWO WEEKS AGO.

And in the mean time, it is already early april. Sigh. The sp is currently again lower than it was when stock options were granted to staff in december(7.88). And it is much lower than what this "mistery" buyer paid.( 23+ million shares at 9.5). If you believe in the PEA to come, dare, and have cash, then I think current sp might be a good buy opportunity...>

that's what i did, i bought yesterday at 7.80. My medium price is now 8.60$ I believe in a bidprice of 16$. I not believe in a price higher than 20$

@ loveLCC,  I' ve heard many guys talk about things they don't know about. I also have a friend of a friend of a friend... that is related to the queen of England. Thanks for the info. Still 2 days to and then we'll know much more. Let's get our fingers crossed. Tomorrow we'll see high volume I suspect and hopefully the SP moves a lot higher.

Good point; it indeed takes a while for Lumina to process the results. As the presentation is tomorrow, Lumina received the PEA around Monday april 1, or more typically, the Friday before. From that day till now, the SP (suddenly) dropped from 9 > 7.5. A tumble down of 17% in just one week. I really hope it is just nervosity of the market
