Agreed Night! We're not far off from something good happening, lots of catalysts in the pipeline and stock goes up with some financing news as well and as I said before these guys might take this thing private too. Never thought about a takeover/sale but I guess anything is possible. Their UD & SAR technology is very valuable.

Why not? Once this things up and running it's going to be a cash cow and with the money these guys have access to ( for borrowing purposes )they won't need a private share holder. They could buy us all out at or under a buck and say see ya.

Night do you think that is why UR has retained an investment back to manage a take over? It's hard to know exactly but that is one task of an investment bank along with raising capital. I also think there could be some kind of restructuring of share count by way of reverse stock split with some underwriting with other institutions involved. Care to expand on your thoughts about the investment

Yes you could be right, they were granted close to 1 million shares in the last go around @ .12 I wouldn't mind seeing some bigger offers at lower prices so I can pick up a little more. This long isn't scared!!!!
