Hey OlYale, give Sai's affadiavit a read. It's a pretty telling behind the scenes look at what went on. In there it talks about financing and restructuring, provides an ember of hope.  Overall Im 99.999% confident this is caput and we are all screwed.  However there is a glimmer of .001% that they may be able to restructure with financing/investment to pull out of this, but a ...more

Yeah, it looks like we have a couple disagreements between lenders and the pandemic was the dagger that got 'em! BUT... they do flag that financing on track to close by December 2020. So... who knows!

This is not over by a long shot. I really don't understand why everyone is panicking. It's a sound company. The financing will be completed very soon and it will be back to business as usual.
