Insider buying/selling

The market always considers insider buying as a sign of confidence in the company. LGO has been traded below book value for almost 9 months to be at the current low C$2. Insiders have unique insights into their own companies so when they believe that investors aren’t valuing shares properly it’s normal that they are buying. The fact that  none of Largo's insiders is buying when LGO is at below book value (never mind at historical low) for such a long period speaks volumes

Largo's so called leadership live off options. They rarely tap into their overpaid salary's to obtain shares in the open market. Even if it goes a lot lower i doubt these guys would buy unless theere's some cheap private placement done to raise some funds

Like all of us, either small fish or smart money, when insiders see a golden opportunity to make money, they will take advantage of it. Insiders sold a truckload of  LGO when the stock was at C$4.9 (equivalent to C$49 after consolidation or ~25 x the current sp), the highest price since Maracas becoming a producing mine, to make huge financial gains just prior to its vertiginous decline.
