Doesn't take a Sherlock Homes to figure out Thomvest screwed investors. I advised to say away from rights offering although Thomvest touted that investors could share in the future successes. It's been all downhill.
Lawsuit is going great, thanks for asking! Lots of evidence to support this underhanded hostel destruction. The fight is real and as most know battles of this magnitude, almost $1 billion dollars and 700 plaintiffs does take some time. North to worry though, the truth will come out!

Black mamba had it right so many years ago. This has been a 30 year scam making many execs wealthy. Thomvest wanted all those losses to pennies on the dollar. All IMHO.
BTW, how is that lawsuit going? More legal fees but no results.
