Here’s why :
 
We are in a case of psychological projection.
 
The answer is in the acusation.  Everything you try to put on the back of hypothetical spammers is in fact directed to yourself.
 
My prescription for you as a friend  : A consultation with a professionnal.  And try to avoid drugs or coffee.
