Who sold their shares on the Nasdaq? Consonance, Thomvest?

If you look at the volume on the Nasdaq, I wonder who sold their shares to get to that kind of volume. Retail holders don't have that amount of shares on the Nasdaq. Consonance must be the one getting rid of their shares I guess
