TSX is closed.

NASDAQ will be open with plenty of new misinformed small investors that Thomvest is trying to catch...

maybe a preparation for Tuesday

According to the Canadian Stock Market rtules they have 45 day after the period to disclose financial results. It means not later than friday August the 14th.

I wonder if they are they still subject to Canadian Stock Market rules after delisting or will they be granted a reporting extension under NASDAQ? "It is expected that the Common Shares will be delisted from the TSX effective as of the close of trading on August 5, 2020.
