They don't factor in this serious lawsuit facing them.

Its amazing this turd is still above $4.

Many facts out there to support a much lower price if not a complete shutdown. Everyone is gone! Factory shut down! Hiding information from investors! Many red flags have been shared here.

Having Thomvest owning company through unethically stealing it from investors is like having the fox guard the hen house. You need to see the bigger picture to understand what's going on here.
