The problem is that 640 shareholders claim it was stolen from them by Thomvest...!!!

More important...Do they really own these assets ? 640 shareholdeurs think that they were stolen and that de thieves depreciated them out of incompetence... !!!?? They haven't done miracles for 2 years. A Judge will decide.

WOW NEWCAMO ! You're ALL IN on the AMF dcision ? Did you read the details of this deciusion ? Did you read the prosecution ? My understanding as a bailiff, after listening to the AMF conference call in 2019 and carefully reading the lawsuit in March 2020...is that the odds are not on your side. Smarty Boy do some reading.

Francois, where have you been for the last 6-7 weeks. Yes it was filed in Quebec Superior Court in Laval on Frn 25, 2021 and was served on LMNL a few days later for approx $700 M US$. LMNL has reported this in two official places. they filed a Form-20 required by the SEC in the US and can be found on EDGAR, and LMNL also reported the lawsuit in their 2020 annual report in a subsequent events ...more
