I sent JW an email and have communicated with him a lot - he won't like the email as I did include somewhat of a personal attack to his character, but he will get it

LTS was trading for $0.19  yesterday with a Debt of $1.6B After this reconstruction the shares are still worth $$0.19 but with a way smaller Debt ( $350M) and tons of interest savings ... hence more profits going forward -------------------------------------------------- The Bondholders will be converted over to Shareholders at about $0.19 without interest payments ------------------------- ...more

You've always professed an unbound admiration for this management and their CEO... Still feeling warm and fuzzy?

a no vote gets you zero -this is the best they could do and still may be deemed to rich by the prickkk banksters

I am no longer sure on the No vote - It may actually be a yes after running the numbers - no huge upside, but some upside from current levels
