LTS was trading for $0.19  yesterday with a Debt of $1.6B After this reconstruction the shares are still worth $$0.19 but with a way smaller Debt ( $350M) and tons of interest savings ... hence more profits going forward -------------------------------------------------- The Bondholders will be converted over to Shareholders at about $0.19 without interest payments -------------------------

I am no longer sure on the No vote - It may actually be a yes after running the numbers - no huge upside, but some upside from current levels
