With everything(news, acquisition,..)  why is this not moving up!!!?

My guess is that there hasn't been an explanation on how everything will work together. Im guessing that once they make everything clear on how the platform will work with crypto, sms, and freelotto and attach a dollar value to it. That's when the market jumps on board.
