This share holder alert seems ridiculous.... smells like a political game on a much smaller scale than ELD & Greece. What happens when the updated resource estimate is produced and is similar/same or exceeds the 'current' one? Is Morganti going to compensate shareholders for wasting their time. I cant help but think there is an ulterior motive behind all of this considering the timing and that spin off of sailfish is in the near future....I hope Marlin backstops its own share price if this is a ploy by market makers/financeers who don't have much skin in the game wanting to scoop up shares on the cheap or strong arm some sort of private placement for shares. Whats more concerning is a previous poster on this board referencing a resource estimate for GRR Los Conchitas property that is actually for San Albino....ooopppss....maybe morganti can help out the readers of this stockhouse bullboard with that one also. Whats even more concerning is the amount of time it has taken BCSC to recognize this oversight.

What is not clear is whether the update is purely technical... ie a repeat analyses of the historical 15,000 m of drilling data, omitting any reference to economic metrics and not including recent drill data. The Company is in the process of having a current technical report prepared for the Commonwealth Project within the next two months, which will contain an updated resource estimate on the

I am definitely not right...but would say on the right track. Seems like an elaborate tree shaking to drive share price down, get rid of weak hands in an attempt to recoup/accumulate a position in MLN at a discount....and it did not work at all..LOL! ..I think it will actually send the stock to new 52 week highs once the investigation is complete and these allegations are dismissed.
