That would be any mining interests (or other institutions) who believe tha MARI is a very promising low cost high return Copper Mine on its way to development very shortly. They may be intersted in providing financing for the development of the mine and obtain as large a share of the company as they can for as little money as possible. So yes, there are parties out there who may be very interested in jeeping the MATI sjare price as low as they can until after they have cut their deal with management. Ubfirtunately for the rest of us investors, this is very easy for the MM to deliver, as the volume is very low,
