Thx JB - Those slides were presented on Sept 16 in London and in two places in the presentation it is discussed that the Umugini pipeline would be completed in September.  With only 14 days left in the month at the time of the presentation, one would tend to think they knew what they were talking about in front an unforgiving audience.
