The offer is for $280 + debt. Most of Mart's debt is related to OML-18 purchase. Have to stop calling it Mart's debt when we in fact took it on for our partners benefit as well. What, they couldn't raise their portion of a crummy $135 down? If they are so wealthy and raising the funds to acquire us is a sinchy thing for them to do, why did we have to cover their financial azz during
