If yes was to be the good news result, then why is the share price down as much as 7 cents today on volume of 365 thousand thus far? if this deal is in the bag wouldn't you be better off holding out to the full 80 cents. Suprised we don't know what the percentage of yes votes vs. no was. Congratulations to those who voted Yes. You played right into their hand and gave them exactly what why wanted as well at at a substantial discount to the offered price. Hope I never have to go to war with any of the yes voters and share a fox hole. A coward dies a thousand deaths.

I sort of figured as much by viewing what the "for" vs. "withheld" votes were  for Dimitri and the BODunces. Voting for the agreement would likely have been similar. Thanks Wally for confirming this.

This is very interesting about the voting results. I voted no, howver I assigned my proxy to Dmitri. Since he has my proxy, could he have changed my vote to a Yes vote?

No - the proxies are just assigned to someone who is at the meeting so they can be officially voted. There were yes, no and withheld votes recorded at the meeting based on how they were voted online or by mail.

I was surprised that the sell off did not occur late yesterday since news of delay came out prior to the close since they were going to have to divulge in the meeting.
