The only way the SP will ever get over .245 is if another buyout offer comes in before this deal closes.

I'm sure we all hope for a better deal.    What happens above 25¢ otherwise, is they're out 4%

impossilble when the ceiling is 25c.  Got a feeling oil prices will head south soon, shorters soon jumped on.
