let be realistic guys. MAM is a little drop compared to Flemish. Flemish is a giant and very advanced in Africa. Vaaldium has invsted 10 millions $$$ in Flemish to advance projects in Burundi and Uganda. BMO is involved in the financing too. Apparently Gold is visible in those countries and picked up artisanally. Potvin head of Flemish is very well respected and was involved wit Barrick. so what to expect out of all of this?  Ithink we will rise close to 30 cents maybe 40 cents PRE CONSOLIDATION. DO not forget we have a done deal to buy a land with proven reserve in Quebec.

hence my be will re open close to 20 cents.

The question is: what's the value of the new company?  mam buy Flemish but Flemish take the control ( reverse takeover). Now the new MAM have 6 millions share and with this 6 millions shares we have 10% of the new cie of 60 millions shares, I suppose.  Whats the value of the new Flemish-Mam at 60 millions share? the market cap, the cash etc...  think about this.
