Mat, I don't know, I thought this was a very important post and might be cause of some of the selling. Nobody else seemed to agree. Apparently MTO has settled with the families but they now face a fine from the government for unsafe labor practices. I would love some more clarity on this issue, either from somebody who knows something or management. I'm sure Sprott knows about this and

I believe this has been settled a long time ago. this cout action will finally close this chapter for good. what we have seen today was some panic selling. dumb, dumb! smart buyers took advantage. GL

Gold price down significantly today. Many gold stocks were hit, not just MTO. Normal trading taking place based on nothing but pog imo.

I think that after their trial Metanor will pursue Montalli the contractor at the time.

Mat not sure it will ever get to that... A fine of $ 15,000 to the CSST was already paid...also a confidential agreement in civil suit with families was settled ! So what will be gained now from the courts...you have 230 families dependent on jobs in a small rural region....plus court date is end of Sept. 5 months down the road...lots can change in that time with the gold sector.... good point Bob  few here are pulling skeltons out of the closet , dont forget everyone here  and all companies have skeltons , thats life .  Seems its not mto time to run mainly because of cheap warrants  that can be defined as mto skeltons , you make pp in a gold down turn and you create skeltons that haunt you later on like today . Fundamentally things have improved a lot but
