Does stoping production at Bachelor would be a good option to force SSL to renegotiate their agreement

If it's true that Bachelor lake is running out of high grade ore and Hewfran has a limited number of quarters or high grade ore, then in the next few quarters the agreement will not end, but SSL won't recieve any gold because there isn't any.. Unless Moroy hit's. So I ask what is there to renegotiate? So a possible scenerio is Bachelor lake and Hewfran end production due to
