The plan now is to use the MAX Mine mill to process minerals from the Willa Project. The mines are 135 kilometres apart by road.

 

In an interview with the Times Review, Patel said the Willa site was not financially viable partly because it lacked a mill. “It’s like having a sawmill without trees,” he said.

 

The idea is to truck about 500 tonnes of ore per day – to start – from Silverton to Trout Lake via Nakusp, then mill on site. Patel said that would mean a few trucks doing a few round-trips per day.

I have shares of DVN now MXL....It also helps that the CEO own a trucking company ...lol...but name changes seem to be happening more and more like Oban to Osisko...who Knows maybe soon MTO ...to ? Wrong thread but the trucking distance is a good connection between MXL and MTO ... Thanks... Bob

mto distance is a bit shorter  a dump truck with a trailer  return time from bachelor  approx 2.5 hrs  equates to ten trips per 24 hr period . shipping 2 gram per ton with 30 ton truck and 3o ton trailer  roughly 3.5 to 4 oz gold per trip. times 10 trips per day  equals  35 to 40 0z gold per day with 1 truck  times 365 days  equals  14600 oz gold

 if mto could  mine barry   for 1 year   of 40000 oz gold   every 100 dollar profit  could generate 4 million  dollars  rest assured  they will make a lot more than that  possibly 1000  per oz .

Boys boys boys.................its not about trucks and or pup trailers behind...............it's all about cost to haul 1 ton/kilometre..............and its about blending the ore at Barry close to 2 grams per ton.........capacity of the haul road, maximum load tonnage possible per trip, contract on site mining and haulage at the cheapest bidded price,..................all about design
