Couching a very serious accusation in a question does nor relieve one of responsibility.To imply suggest or intimate that the board any mangement of a producing company is negligent or fraudulent in their fiduciary duties to shareholders rises to a level of actionable penalty from both libel tort and depending on motive if proven criminal.I for one will not stand for such an egregious liar making these types of innuendo about my investment.All for a buck?! That is hilarious. Do you really think management wants to be any where near lawyers with the way they have mismanaged the company.
