Wild card (hidden): Mkt cap $ 11.8 million vs PP $12 million

When have you seen that a PP is done for $ 12 million with warrants for another $ 12 million, when a company is only valued at $ 11.80 milllion?

One would have to ask themselves, why did the PP people not buy out the whole company instead of just owning a part of it?

To entice this group of people to invest $ 12 million into an $ 11 million market cap, means that they have been shown or are aware of a WILD CARD, that is hidden from shareholders.

The fact that PP will close quickly means that MATERIAL NEWS must be around the corner.

I had invested in MRS.V at one point and they tried to do a PP for $ 3 million, when they were worth $ 25 million and, it literally took them 3 months to complete and at the end it was only for partial PP, like $ 2.2 million instead of $ 3 million.

Here we have an $ 11 million company raising $ 12 million in some 8 days, without brokers or retail.

What does that tell you?????

Smells like insider trading and of huge material news (Wild card)

As I said, shorts are FINISHED.

I put myself in the shoes of this $ 12 million group, I would want a very hefty return for my money, like 10x or 20x.
