CDK9 has functions in cell cycle regulation, including the modulation of two therapeutic targets in cancer: myeloid leukemia cell differentiation protein (MCL1) and the MYC proto-oncogene protein (MYC) which regulates cell proliferation and growth.

Average volume 29,000 to over 1.2million today. I always notice when a company files SEC form 8-k the stock rises.
