Quarterly reports for both Alterra and
Innergex were positive so why the consistent drop since the
acquisition announcement?

RDK, Not sure about this, but both companies might have missed estimates.  The merger might have come out as a surprise and a good time to distract from the misses. However, the synergies of the future look strong and I am very tempted to purchase INE shares since they are in a correction from their 52 week high and about to yiled 5%. INE over the next year has a lot of work to refinance ...more
