I (Allenjames) at the present time hold a large stock holding with a adjusted cost base of Zero. I (allenjames) am sitting with my original capital plus a nice profit out of this stock in cash. I would normally be looking to add shares during tax loss season. Not this year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I am sitting this one out. Why ???  I am looking at a trading halt very soon. Since I am not buying or selling a trading halt will not bother me.  However !!!  I believe there is a good change the trading halt will end with delisting. This is not good.  To get rid of lthe dissident investors all investors will be burned. This includes allenjames. I have for this reason protected my self.  I am prepared !!!
