Well - this is where we stand - OUTLOOK The outlook for precious metals is good.
The capital markets needed to access financing are challenging but management believes the Company
will continue as a viable entity.
The properties will require significant investment as they transition into development stage projects.

I originally invested in the PETROLITHIUM - when it was advertised like crazy on BNN.
I sunk way too much money into XMG at this point and don't feel that I will ever recover a tenth of it.

Pretty sad situation for an old guy that needed to find an investment to help with retirement.
I loaded up on Canadian Lithium Corp some years ago - All they needed was $20 million to get the mine running.
They could not find the money at that time - and thus went into receivership and the mine ends up in the hands of a private company.
I still believe there was some sort of shysterism that ended that investment with $0.00 for me.

CBC news tonight showed E3 Metals - 
E3 Metals Corp. has received a government grant totalling $1.8-million
from Alberta Innovates that will assist in financing E3 Metals' pilot plant.

I always thought that XMG / Purelucid had better technology, but still have not been able to show us any lithium extraction that brings in the big bucks.

What does XMG need to do with what they have - to become cashflow positive and bring up the value of our shares???????????????????????

After reading the Sedar documents - again - what is the best scenario????

I dunno - I hope they figure it out quickly and get down to serious work on the best route forward...

I have been a shareholder in this company for about 5 years. Made money and retained about 35K shares at a time management had several projects that could have been developed into revenue streams.  Joint ventures with other companies  turn to a sour division. allenjames: to turn a team around you need new players and new management. Sports franchises whom are worth alot more than this company have proven that is the proven methodology to success and profitability. A company is a company regardless of their choosen field.
