Tirthankar Entities is not registered anywhere
The society entered into an agreement to acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Tirthankar Ltd. and related companies (which operate ten retail cannabis stores) for $1.8 million cash and 15,750,000 common shares.
In addition, Ms. Tanvi Bhandari, founder of the Tirthankar Entities, will join the board of directors of the society and will use her expertise to assist in managing retail cannabis.
The Company will furnish the Tirthankar Entities with the necessary capital to expand its retail platform to up to 75 dispensaries in Ontario and other provinces.
The problem is that the Company Tirthankar Entities is not registered and does not have any kind of permission to carry out these actions. Tanvi Bhandari is complicit in a vast fraud involving the use and sale of cannabis.
Tanvi Bhandari and all those people who are involved in this significant fraud will end up in jail.
