Operative phrase is conserve cash ... They are close to running on empty .... Sheldon and Sprott will likely come in  for about 32 mil shares @ .12 plus wrts @ .18 for 16 mil more shares such as was done at SGR ...by Sprott   48 mil cheapie shares gives them a  wack of leverage here

This is something like SGR did and I predicted would happen here .. Must be the going rate in these terrible market conditions . 50 Million cheapie shares @ .12 .... Little kicker is that it is basically a loan that jumps ahead of present shareholders and millions and millions of warrants now and down the road if so desired .... Keeps the game going but kills meteoric capital gains for this
