Yamana GOLD with a 4.5 Billion CAP Buying a JUNIOR?

Ask yourself this question, why would a 4.5 BILLION market cap company even entertain purchasing a exploration company for 17.5 Million? They know more that me and you, MGP has 2 million in CASH and has had favourable results in their last drilling. YAMANA knows they need to buy it this low not to attract attention.
I am seriously in the black but I know that we are not getting a fair price considering the posiibilities!!!
