Was going to add in TFSA tomorrow .. . damn. But have $30K in it .. too bad about buyout - they just increased the divvy starting Jan .. Have a big holding in Pure Family REIT . .. that would be the closest . . Class A apartments .. not many others left in same space . Tricon .. . Morguard North American REIT ..

Also had a buy limit order in to top up this years TFSA holdings...NOT filled of course but at least we will not have to think about any increases in the USA with holding taxes. Also hold full positions in RUF & IIP but they too have started to run and get expensive. Will also take a look at Tricon. Have not looked at this one in a while..Thanks... Sad to see MST go but investing ...more
