From an inside source of info, plants are working full blast  with no spare capacity.  The whole trucking industry has to replace their olds trucks with more energy efficient equipment (including transmissions and differentials) which is their specialty....

There is an industry wide price increase that was passed through, but of a lesser amount from MTOR, which makes them even more competitive.

This company is bankrupted if it was not supported by lenders, which makes it a very attractive target from a bigger company.  Market cap of half a billion makes it a small player in that field.

They should start showing a profit and will be bought-out in a matter of months, i guess.

Time will tell!
