Any Upcoming News get this headed the other way?

I knew this was a penny stock on the OTC but when I paid over $3.20 a share USD I thought it may have been a Higher Tier of Company. I understand it's a New company (2 years old?). But you would think that would be the reason for New Updates and Future Projects and profits to come.

From what I have read they have been working on getting the official green light to go live and expecting that here fairly soon.  I believe it has been in the works for 2 or 3 months so it must be right around the corner.  It's friday, maybe news out this evening or Monday prior to trading ??  It's a pretty typical time for company's to release news.

Wasn't looking for immediate gains to cash out. This was a long term play just not playing out like i thought. Figured a litlle jump, some news maybe a pullback its been all down from the get go. Volume is pretty darn low so sellers are having to take lower prices and likely contributing to the lower prices today (and the week).  I'm pretty behind on my reading for this one so outside the thing I seen where they are waiting on approvals I'm not sure what else might be going on.  They did the RM with NML so maybe they are also working on a deal to sell the mining rights
