1. The only 2 remaining Locations on the Arizona Vein site are Chandler and Surpise- at the top of the home page it clearly states the closing dates for these 2 clinics as Nov 2nd and Nov 19th- i.e. Arizona Vein/Vascular is 100% gone as of tomorrow. The headline on the homepage even states "Arizona Vein and Vascular is in the process of closing its practice and ALL locations".
2. The Clarity brand was Nobilis attempt to bring the Arizona and Hamilton under one brand, but it never happened. As a matter of fact, if you look at the Clarity Vein Brand tab under Nobilis site, it has 1 doctor shown there- and she works at Hamilton
3. With regards to Hamilton, I would encourage you to get the full story on that as well- i.e. how many of the original Hamilton docs walked out between 2015-16 only to successfully open their own vein clinics throughout Houston and successfully compete to this day
