bihisello, agree the outlook right now doesn't look good. check my posts for a few yrs and i've been very long on this, but no longer. unlike idiot posters here, like soyousay (who's full of $hit and delusional, probably works for nobilis IR), i think the fat lady's about to sing. i do see a ton of lawsuits but not sure if they'll go chapter 11 as there are sound fundamentals w/ this company. it's more a matter of better management team and leadership. have no doubt the idiots at nobilis are putting out very active feelers to get acquired for pennies on the dollar. as one poster noted awhile back, go look up harold flemings' record of failed companies and driving them into the ground. the current CFO, who was the company's former CFO, is a joke. efird is dumb and incompetent as it's during his purview that the company's crapping out. either way, they'll get bought up cheap as the mgmt team is looking for a quick bailout, at which pt, they'll hightail it out of town with soyousay up their butt.
