Too much to copy and paste it all, but they appear to be in default with their lenders (missing interest payments), in breach of covenants (lower revenue and case volumes than required), there was even something about being required to sell equipment. Suggest everyone interested read the full 8-k

Hope they get sued personally (Dirty Harry & Kramer) as I think the lenders will take all the assets.
